The urban life style now a day,
most of the people are busy on their daily work, from the moment they wake up
in the morning, staying in the car that stuck in traffic jam to wait for the
traffic light turns into green, staying at their cubicle (work place) and keep
struggling in their daily job, and then stuck in the traffic jam again to go
home, dinner and sleep…is kind of routine actions, even at the weekend, some
may be hanging out with friend to go to shopping mall for food, shopping and for
movie, or some may stay home and keep facing their TV and rushing for the drama
that they unable to watch during the busy working day…or just staying in front
of the computer for facebook’ing or chatting…lots of people may tend to enjoy
their “in door” activity rather than at outdoor, especially at the tropical
city like the small island Penang, some questions that a lot of people will
asking: “are you insane to keep sweating at outside?” And “why not just staying
in door to enjoy the cold of the air-conditional? “, that is true as most of
the time, this country is in summer mode for the whole year, plus the global
warming may keep the peoples in this zone prefer to find the place to hide from
the heat….
Well, no choice, we live at the
tropical country, have to…but, in the other way round, if you don’t put your
foot out of the door, you will never know what is the pretty things happened
outside there…although the google and facebook is very powerful media to
provide you a lot of info, but still, you only can see it through the LCD
screen, you can’t really touch it, feel it, see it in real live, you can’t have
your own sense to feel the changes of the surrounding, breath at the real moment
and the place that what other people telling you in words or picture…some
people said, there got a lot of corners that they never been there, although
they always pass by the same path, they only realize what there have or how
pretty is there while they are co-incidentally stop by during they stuck in traffic
jam…as we know this kind of coincident is not always happen, and why don’t we
put a little bit effort to make it happened? You can do it with just drive down
to the area and leave your car stay cool at the car park for few hour and mark
the streets with your footsteps…oh yea, as we know the weather is the main
concern, well, just work in smart, choose the “golden time” to walk around the
city, just hang out with few buddies to have some walk on the streets and find
a place at the street side for breakfast and then have a cup of gourmet coffee
at the small café when pass by the street…Another one is to hang out with
friends to have hi-tea at the small café at certain street that may found the info
from some blog, walk in the heritage streets during the evening time to enjoy
the sunset in the city and end the journey with dinner at the street side
restaurant…the sunshine at these time are weaker that noon and although is hot,
but, why so scare? Just let the sunshine burns the skin into the healthy tone,
let the heat lifts up the excessive metal element under the skin by the sweat…you
will find there got a big different when u can walking down to the earth
compared to sitting in the car and watching outside through the glasses…
